Kipsala (Riga) will host the IX-th National Exhibition of the Republic of
Belarus in the Republic of Latvia (see http://bt1.lv/belarusexpo/ and
http://www.tc.by/exhibitions/latvia2012/), organized by the company
«Technology and Communication» (Belarus) in cooperation with the company
«BT-1» (Latvia).

II International Investment Forum "Latgale – Eastern Gate of European Union" took place in Daugavpils on September 20 and 21. It was attended by more than 400 entrepreneurs and municipality representatives from 15 countries.

Latvian regional portal Gorod.lv appealed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State to explain whether the autonomy of Latgale and how the authorities will react to such statements.
